Pricing Built for a Measured Start

Start with one workflow. Scale when the value is proven.

OriginSpan subscriptions combine secure connected-product infrastructure with an included level of users, tracked records, and lifecycle events. Implementation establishes the first controlled workflow. Additional usage, integrations, and separately approved services are defined in the written pilot scope before charges apply.

Built to strengthen traceability and operational readiness—not to guarantee regulatory compliance.

Plan Scope

Pricing follows the workflow, scale, and operating requirements.

The prices below are starting points for a defined Design Partner engagement. Final scope confirms the selected capabilities, integrations, volumes, security needs, language requirements, support, and operating responsibilities. Review OriginSpan platform capabilities before selecting a plan.

Choose a Starting Point

A clear path from a focused pilot to broader operations.

Prices shown are starting prices in U.S. dollars. Final pricing reflects workflow scope, estimated volume, integration requirements, security needs, retention, and support. Usage beyond the included allowances is billed separately. Any usage-based or separately approved service is documented in the written scope before charges apply.

Simple Commercial Structure

Three charges. Clear operating controls.

Customers pay for the platform, the work required to establish the first successful workflow, and consumption that exceeds the included capacity.

01 / Platform

Predictable subscription

The monthly subscription covers the secure OriginSpan platform and an included allowance for users, tracked records, lifecycle events, storage, reporting, and support.

02 / Implementation

Focused onboarding and configuration

The one-time implementation fee covers workflow discovery, configuration, data preparation, onboarding, label and identity design, testing, and launch support.

03 / Usage

Metered expansion

Additional record volume, lifecycle events, storage, workflows, and approved integrations scale with actual operational use. Any usage-based service is disclosed in the written scope with its allowance, rate, and operating controls.

Potential Pilot Scenarios

Choose one problem with a measurable outcome.

The strongest starting point is a bounded workflow that proves operational value and can reuse the same product or asset identity foundation later.

Custody

Chain-of-custody history

Record transfers, locations, responsible parties, timestamps, supporting evidence, exceptions, and handoff status for controlled items or assets.

Quality

Inspection and condition records

Connect inspections, photos, measurements, disposition, and exception follow-up to the persistent identity of the item, lot, or equipment.

Service

Warranty and installed-asset history

Give serialized equipment a durable record for registration, manuals, service events, parts, ownership, recalls, and field support.

Readiness

2D barcode and product-data pilot

Test customer-authorized identifiers, QR labels, product resolution, scan experiences, and connections to authoritative enterprise data.

Pricing Questions

What customers should expect.

What is a tracked record?

A tracked record can represent a product, serialized item, asset, lot, shipment, container, component, specimen, or other uniquely identified object managed through OriginSpan.

What is a lifecycle event?

A lifecycle event is a recorded action or state change such as a custody transfer, inspection, location change, condition update, exception, service action, ownership change, or supporting-document addition.

How are usage-based services billed?

Usage beyond the included plan allowance, and any separately approved usage-based service, is described in the written pilot scope with the applicable allowance, rate, and operating controls before charges apply.

Are integrations included?

Protected API access can be included when required by the approved pilot. External commerce, POS, ERP, PIM, laboratory, warehouse, and other integrations are not assumed to be active; each is separately scoped for data ownership, security, implementation, testing, and Production support.

What billing self-service is currently available?

Tenant Owners and Administrators can review the linked billing profile, receivables, credits, cadence, and recent invoices and can open secure hosted pages to manage a payment method or pay an invoice. OriginSpan does not receive or store raw payment-card or bank-account numbers.

Does OriginSpan guarantee regulatory compliance?

No. OriginSpan is designed to strengthen traceability infrastructure, documentation, and operational readiness. It does not replace legal, regulatory, quality, or compliance advice and does not guarantee compliance.
